Website Access
Juan Sanchez Tree Service reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the website, including the entire website at the discretion of Juan Sanchez Tree Service, at any time.
If you obtain a valid user account within our systems, you will be provided a user ID and password to gain access to your client account. It is your responsibility to ensure your user ID and password are kept confidential.
Juan Sanchez Tree Service may disable you user ID and password at anytime, without your permission. If we disable your user ID and password you will be notified by email to the account email address we have on file at that time.
User Content
You grant to Juan Sanchez Tree Service a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute content you submit to Juan Sanchez Tree Service (reviews, job photos, etc.), whether by upload through the website or by email, so long as it does not compromise your privacy or safety.

Breaches of Provisions
You agree that if you violate any provisions of the website Agreement in any way, Juan Sanchez Tree Service LLC may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including but not limited to denying your access to the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website, and/or bringing legal action or court proceedings against you.
Revisions of Agreement
Juan Sanchez Tree Service LLC may revise this Agreement or any of its provisions from time to time. Revised Terms and Conditions will apply to the use of the website and related Services from the date of publication of the revisions on the this website.
Notification of changes will be published on the same date as the changes. You will find the notice of Terms of Use revision on the Terms of Service page of the website.

Severability

If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if a part of it were removed, then that part will be deemed to have been removed and the rest of the provision will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These provisions or Terms and Conditions together with the Juan Sanchez Tree Service Privacy Policy constitute the entire Agreement between you and Juan Sanchez Tree Service LLC in relation to your use of the website, and supersedes all previous Agreements or agreements in respect of your use of the website.
Lawful Jurisidiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and Hernando County Florida. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the courts of Hernando County Florida.
